Privacy Policy
KINGMOHAN45 LABS operates RivalWall at https://rivalwall.com. This explains what we collect, why, and what we deliberately do not collect. It is written to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we never collect
We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payment details are entered inside Razorpay’s own checkout and go directly to Razorpay. We receive only a payment identifier and a confirmation that it succeeded.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run third-party trackers, and we do not sell or share personal data with anyone for marketing.
What we collect, and why
When you buy a placement
- The name and description you choose, and your link. These are published on the wall. That is the entire point of the purchase, so treat them as public.
- Your email address. Used to send your tax invoice and to contact you about that purchase. It is never shown publicly and never used for marketing.
- The country you select and the payment metadata Razorpay returns (amount, currency, whether the payment was domestic). Used to calculate GST correctly and to weight the scoring views.
When someone clicks a tile
We count the click so the buyer can see the traffic they received. To count one person once per day rather than once per refresh, we store a one-way hash of the visitor’s IP address combined with the date. The IP address itself is never written down, and the hash changes every day, so it cannot be used to follow anyone over time or reversed into an address.
Visitor counts
We count how many people are on the site now and how many have visited since launch. We do this with a random identifier your browser generates and keeps for the tab. It is not derived from anything about you and is not linked to any other record.
Storage in your browser
- Session storage holds the random visit identifier described above, and is discarded when you close the tab.
- Local storage holds a referral code if you arrived through someone else’s link, so the credit survives a page reload during checkout.
None of it is a tracking cookie and none of it leaves your browser except as described above.
Who else processes data
- Razorpay Software Private Limited processes payments and holds the payment details we never see.
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and its database, and terminates the connection. Our database is in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Google is contacted once per purchase to fetch the icon of the site you linked, using only the domain name. No personal data is sent.
How long we keep it
- Purchase records, including your email, are kept as long as Indian tax law requires them (currently eight years for GST records).
- Click deduplication hashes are pruned once they can no longer affect a count.
- Presence records used for the online count are deleted within the hour.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023 you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold
- correct anything inaccurate
- erase it, except where tax law obliges us to keep the record
- nominate someone to exercise these rights if you cannot
